What You'll Do
This isn't a "post jobs and wait" kind of role. You'll be:
- Owning the entire hiring strategy - from forecasting needs to closing the final offer.
- Hunting for top talent in the wild: LinkedIn deep dives, niche communities, referrals, events - wherever the best people hang out.
- Closing the best - You'll be the storyteller who sells our vision and culture so well that the right candidates can't say no.
- Building a scalable hiring machine - playbooks, processes, metrics, and a killer TA team (if you don't have one yet, you'll build it).
- Partnering with leadership to fill critical roles fast without compromising on quality.
- Making hiring a brand statement - work with marketing to ensure our employer brand is everywhere our talent is.
You're Right for This Role If You:
- Have 4-5 years in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years leading or driving hiring in a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
- Have closed senior and niche roles in competitive markets - and you actually enjoy the chase.
- Understand how to build pipelines proactively (you don't wait for inbound applications).
- Can talk market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent insights like an industry analyst.
- Are obsessed with candidate experience - from first touch to final handshake.
- Are data-driven but hustle-ready - you can read hiring metrics and pick up the phone to make magic happen.
