The Business Lead - Electra will be responsible for leading business partnerships and client management for EDGE Electra, our AI powered grid digitalisation and energy transition product. This role requires a strong mix of consulting expertise and hands-on business-building experience in B2B tech, preferably with experience in the Public sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an understanding of technology consulting, public sector engagements and subscription-based enterprise business models.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Support B2B / B2G sales & revenue growth for EDGE Electra, by liaising with public sector DISCOMs, government agencies, philanthropic organisations and large energy enterprises.
- Drive adoption of new product features for Electra among clients.
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, from pre-sales to post-deployment support.
- Support consultation of operations using Electra's offerings in grid digitalisation, AI-powered analytics and other Deep Tech solutions.
- Navigate public sector procurement, government tenders and regulatory approvals.
Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with the Product, Design and Engineering teams to tailor product features for client needs.
- Provide market intelligence to shape product roadmaps and customer success strategies.
