Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth:

- Develop and execute a robust e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Drive online sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability

- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and digital innovations to enhance the online business.

- Define and implement the pricing, assortment, and promotional strategy for digital platforms.

Marketplace & D2C Management:

- Manage and optimize sales across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platforms

- Build strong relationships with e-commerce partners to drive visibility and sales.

- Ensure seamless listing, cataloging, and inventory management across platforms.

Customer Experience & Digital Engagement:

- Enhance the user experience (UX/UI) and functionality of e-commerce platforms.

- Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs

- Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to drive personalization and improve conversion rates.

Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:

- Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social commerce strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies

- Monitor and optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value)

Operations & Supply Chain Coordination:

- Work closely with logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient operations.

- Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment, improve order fulfillment, and optimize supply chain efficiency

- Oversee customer service processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail or FMCG

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital ecosystems

- Proven track record in scaling online sales and driving profitability

- Experience in P&L management, budget planning, and revenue forecasting

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and conversion optimization
