Role Highlights:

In this role, you will:

- Sell & Service Customers - Onboard and manage freelance handymen, ensuring compliance with EasyFix processes.

- Handle Customer Escalations - Resolve issues from irate customers to maintain a positive experience.

- Research & Improve Operations - Study current handyman structures and identify challenges faced by brands, customers, and service providers.

- Leverage Relationships - Utilize market connections with handymen, clients, and customers to generate new demand and supply streams.
