About The Role:
- We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager/Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in the Fintech or Payments domain.
- You will support process improvement initiatives, analyze data to drive decisions, and help streamline critical workflows such as merchant onboarding, transactions, settlements, and KYC journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in mapping and analyzing operational and payment workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
- Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for internal tool enhancements and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and compliance.
- Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools, and assist in generating insights and dashboards.
- Support testing of process changes, automation rollouts, and new feature implementations.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documents, and training materials for internal use.
- Help track performance metrics and process KPIs regularly to measure impact and improvement areas.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Excellence, preferably in Fintech or Digital Payments.
- Familiarity with payment systems: UPI, IMPS, Payment Gateways, KYC, Settlements, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, basic SQL, and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
