Job Description:
- As a Manager, Business Development at Easebuzz, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and driving sales initiatives.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing significantly to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Understanding & Lead Generation:
- Develop a strong understanding of the market and effectively communicate the unique selling propositions (USPs) of Easebuzz's in-house products.
- Actively generate leads, prospect potential clients, and convert them into successful partnerships.
- Work diligently on assigned leads and proactively generate referrals from every customer visit.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve profit targets.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners, demonstrating strong "hunter" instincts.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with an existing set of clients.
- Be responsible for client acquisition, revenue maximization, and client retention.
- Analyze data trends and client performance to contribute to strategic sales plans.
- Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
- Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve agreed targets within key accounts.
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Support and lead various marketing activities from time to time.
- Possess knowledge of the Payments and Settlement Act - Set up by RBI, Merchant Category Codes (MCC), PCI-DSS Compliance, Comodo SSL, and Nodal and Escrow Accounts.
Client Satisfaction & Financial Contribution:
- Strive to deliver high client satisfaction, ensuring account plans align with client objectives and interests.
- Contribute to managing the financial aspects of accounts to meet or exceed plans in both growth and profitability.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in the digital payment space, ideally within leading payment companies or banks (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Billdesk, HDFC, ICICI, Paytm).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a long-term dedication to business development for the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a drive to achieve sales targets.
