Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in both recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.

- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define job roles and hiring needs.

- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a preferred employer.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.

- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges/universities for campus recruitment drives.

- Ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring processes.

HR Operations & Employee Management:.

Onboarding & Documentation:.

- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation verification.

- Conduct new hire orientations to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.

Employee Engagement & Performance Management:.

- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.

- Organize team-building activities, training programs, and feedback sessions to enhance employee morale.

- Oversee performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), and employee feedback mechanisms.

- Address grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a professional and imely manner.

HR Compliance & Policy Implementation:.

- Develop and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

- Handle leave management, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.

- Manage the exit process, including resignations, full-and-final settlements, and exit interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with expertise in both recruitment and HR operations.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
