- We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Google and Meta Ads.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving impactful results for leading brands through digital marketing strategies.

- This role requires someone who is not only well-versed in paid advertising but also has a deep understanding of digital strategy, analytics, and campaign optimisation.

- As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), ensuring our clients' marketing goals are met.

- You will collaborate closely with the team, optimising campaigns, and refining strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focusing on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

- Manage, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and efficient budget allocation.

- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising across Google and Meta platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with client business objectives.

- Track and evaluate the success of digital campaigns, conducting A/B testing and continuous optimisation to maximize results.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their go-to expert for digital advertising strategy.

- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Work with clients from diverse industries, ensuring campaigns are tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

- Proven experience managing successful campaigns for well-established brands.

- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.

- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

- Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking platforms.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, SEM, remarketing, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex digital marketing data in a clear and actionable manner.

- Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to troubleshoot issues.

- Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e. , email marketing, content marketing) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certified).

- Experience working in an agency environment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
