- Client Success Management: Be the primary point of contact for D2C brand clients, understanding their goals and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing strategies.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, and content) to deliver campaigns that exceed client expectations.

- Strategic Growth: Identify growth opportunities for clients by analyzing performance metrics, suggesting optimizations, and upselling agency services.

- Communication: Maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

- Reporting: Deliver campaign performance reports, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients by being proactive, dependable, and results-driven.

Qualifications:.

- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a similar role from a digital marketing agency (D2C brand experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and present actionable insights.
