Position: Business Development Manager - ERP/SAP

Role Overview:

eNoah is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our ERP/SAP sales efforts in the Mumbai region.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in ERP sales, particularly in closing large deals.

You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the ERP/SAP market.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Business Development:

- Generate qualified leads for ERP/SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions from day one.

- Independently close deals and achieve sales targets.

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.

- Conduct dynamic market screening and identify new business opportunities.

- Execute cold calling and inside sales activities as needed.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Create and identify large, innovative business opportunities.

- Lead the creation, identification, and development of opportunities that support the business development campaign strategy.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

- Conduct thorough client needs analysis and provide tailored ERP/SAP solutions.

- Plan and execute effective client calls and meetings.

- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Product Presentation and Demonstrations:

- Deliver compelling initial product presentations and high-level product demonstrations to potential customers.

- Clearly communicate eNoah's value proposition in the ERP/SAP domain.

Sales Process Management:

- Handle queries, commercials, and negotiations effectively.

- Conduct daily follow-ups and meetings with prospects for requirement discussions, demos, negotiations, and closures.

- Manage and update leads and sales activities in the CRM system accurately and on time.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful pursuit and engagement on opportunities.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Market Engagement:

- Participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.

- Establish and manage reseller and channel partner relationships for lead generation.

Financial Management:

- Follow up on payments with customers and ensure timely collections.

Hardware and Software Evaluation:

- Combined evaluation of Hardware and Software requirements to provide a complete solution to the client.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

- 5 to 12 years of business development experience, with a strong focus on ERP sales.

- Proven track record in closing large ERP deals (standard ERP sales candidates only).

Skills:

- ERP/SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP B1.

- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage sales pipelines.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for sales management and reporting.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

- Goal-Oriented: Focused and results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ERP market and competitive landscape.

- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to ERP systems
