- The Business Development Manager - ERP/SAP/IT will be responsible for driving new business growth for eNoah by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients for our ERP, SAP, and other IT service offerings. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in ERP sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent execution capabilities and a deep understanding of the ERP and SAP market landscape.

- Proactively generate leads for ERP (including SAP Business One) and other IT solutions from day one through various methods including networking, cold outreach, and leveraging existing contacts.

- Independently manage the sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful ERP sales, particularly in closing large and complex deals.

- Possess a strong understanding of the ERP and SAP market, including different solutions, vendors, and implementation methodologies.

- Develop and actively manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and accurate forecasting.

- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and achievements using CRM tools.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

- Develop and execute effective client relationship-building strategies, including regular communication and call planning.

- Effectively interact and collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, technical teams, delivery teams) to successfully pursue and engage on opportunities.

- Ensure clear communication of client requirements and expectations to internal stakeholders.

- Articulate eNoah's value proposition clearly and effectively to clients in the ERP and IT domain.

- Identify and develop large, innovative business opportunities through dynamic market screening, thought leadership, and demand creation activities.

- Contribute to the development and execution of business development campaign strategies.

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
