We are seeking a UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant with at least 3 years of experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring various modules and designing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:.

Configure and implement UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, and Forecasting.

Analyze business needs and develop functional solutions to enhance workforce management processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro WFM with other HR systems.

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure smooth functionality.

Provide end-user training and support for system adoption and efficiency.

Stay updated on UKG Pro WFM best practices and new features to enhance implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:.

Minimum 3 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM implementation and configuration.

Strong knowledge of workforce scheduling, accrual policies, and attendance tracking.

Ability to design and develop technical solutions for complex business needs.

Experience in HR system integrations and data flow management.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
