Role Overview:
- The Contract and Relationship Manager is responsible for managing global mobile contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, handling negotiations, and ensuring smooth contract execution.
- The role involves project planning, leadership, and stakeholder management to drive efficiency in contract lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Mobile Contract Management:
- Oversee and manage global mobile contracts with providers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and Vodafone.
- Ensure cost efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships for effective service delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contract terms with telecom and IT service providers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business needs.
Contract Management & Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and manage contract negotiations to ensure legal and financial accuracy.
- Implement contract governance frameworks to track vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Project & Service Delivery Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee contract-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of services as per contract agreements.
- Work with IT, procurement, and finance teams to streamline contract processes.
Communication & Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on contract performance and vendor issues.
- Develop strategies to mitigate contract risks and improve vendor accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing global mobile contracts (Verizon, T-Mobile, Vodafone, etc.
- Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and contract optimizations.
