Job Role Overview:
Were hiring an Ecommerce Manager with a deep understanding of the feminine hygiene category, specifically sanitary napkins. This role requires a blend of ecommerce operational expertise and category-specific insight to grow the brand across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations across marketplaces and brand website
- Drive listing optimization, content strategy, ratings & reviews, and performance marketing alignment
- Plan monthly promotions, discounting, and visibility campaigns across platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.)
- Collaborate with supply chain, design, performance, and customer service teams for seamless operations
- Regularly analyse platform data, consumer behavior, and product feedback to drive conversion and growth
- Coordinate with platform KAMs for event planning, campaigns, and visibility opportunities
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 23 years in feminine hygiene, preferably sanitary
napkins
- Strong familiarity with category dynamics, consumer sensitivity, and retail compliance
- Demonstrated success managing marketplace dashboards and ecommerce P&Ls
- Highly data-driven, with comfort in Excel, analytics tools, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
