eCommerce Manager - P&L

We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Ecommerce Head to lead and scale our presence across ecommerce and quick commerce marketplaces. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with deep expertise in ecommerce, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for consumer-centric growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Strategy & Management:

- Own and drive revenue and P&L for all ecommerce platforms , with a strong focus on Amazon.

Marketplace Expertise:

- Strategize and execute end-to-end account management on Marketplaces including promotions, A+ content, ads, pricing, listings, keyword optimization, and inventory planning.

Quick Commerce Growth:

- Develop and execute plans to grow sales on emerging quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.). Identify the right product-market fit and ensure rapid execution.

Marketing & Visibility:

- Collaborate with internal and platform teams to run influencer marketing & performance marketing campaigns, brand stores, and promotional events.

Data & Market Research:

- Conduct deep competitive analysis and market research to identify product gaps and suggest new product launches based on consumer trends and demand.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Work closely with internal teams-design, supply chain, and customer experience-to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 members, ensuring productivity, ownership, and learning.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in ecommerce marketplace management.

- Proven track record of managing and scaling Amazon accounts.

Industry Background:

- Experience working with brands in personal care, health & wellness, or consumer electronics.

- Experience in fashion, apparel, or jewellery will not be considered relevant.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Proficient in tools like Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Flipkart/Seller Hub, ad platforms, etc.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- High ownership and ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setups.

Mindset:

- Self-starter, high accountability, growth-oriented, and highly organized.
