We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's online sales and presence on various e-commerce platforms. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and management of all e-commerce initiatives to drive traffic, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategy Development and Execution:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business goals.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Set measurable goals and KPIs to track the performance of e-commerce initiatives.

2. Product Management:

- Manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.

- Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.

- Implement strategies for effective product merchandising and cross-selling.

3. Customer Experience:

- Enhance the online customer journey from discovery to purchase and post-purchase support.

- Implement customer service processes to handle inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the overall shopping experience.

4. Sales and Revenue Management:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

- Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce activities, ensuring cost-effective operations.

- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Use analytics tools to track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.

- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and present insights to senior management.

- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans based on data-driven insights.

6. Technology and Integration:

- Work with IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce platforms with other business systems.

- Stay informed about the latest e-commerce technologies and trends to recommend and implement improvements.

- Ensure the security and compliance of e-commerce operations.

7. Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, including marketers, content creators, and customer service representatives.

- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing e-commerce platforms

- Strong understanding of online sales strategies.

- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Unicommerce, Myntra, Aijo, Amazon and so on).

- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Uniware, Myntra, Ajio, amazon etc. platforms
