Whizz HR is looking for D2C E-commerce Manager to work with an award winning brand.
You'd be a perfect fit if you:
- Love marketing and advertising.
- Have a passion for ideating, experimenting, and scaling D2C (E-commerce) brands.
- Already have 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Have expertise in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads and want to further specialize in the same.
- Are highly data-driven in your research and decision-making.
- Enjoy collaborating with multiple teams to develop creative and high-converting marketing strategies.
- Have a strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and its impact on ad performance and website sales.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, including creating and delivering impactful marketing reports.
- Set ambitious growth goals and execute them strategically.
- Take ownership of tasks and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Have solid expertise in GA4, Looker Studio, and MS Excel.
Requirements:
Your broad responsibilities would include:.
- End-to-End Campaign Management - Handle client projects including audience research, competitor analysis, creative research, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Client Communication & Strategy - Build strong relationships with D2C (E-commerce) brand clients, explain performance strategies, and gain approvals for marketing plans.
- Cross-Platform Analytics - Analyze and optimize performance across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms to drive continuous growth.
- ROI-Driven Growth - Focus on delivering scalable and profitable growth for D2C (E-commerce) brands by optimizing ad spends and conversion funnels.
- Landing Page Optimization - Work closely with design and tech teams to improve landing pages for higher conversion rates based on customer behavior insights.
- D2C (E-commerce) Growth Strategy - Guide clients on additional marketing channels that can boost revenue and customer acquisition.
- Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing - Stay updated with cutting-edge D2C (E-commerce) marketing trends, share insights, and contribute to a high-performance team environment.
- Drive High-Impact Campaigns - Conceptualize and execute high-converting campaigns that align with the brand's goals.
