eCommerce Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with online marketplaces and ensure high visibility for the brand.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance through data analysis, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, digital campaigns, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Lead a small team and coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer service for seamless order fulfilment.
- Analyse customer behaviour, product performance, and competitor activity to make strategic decisions.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Provide regular reports to senior management with insights and action plans.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing e-commerce operations with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of online marketing, digital tools, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, dashboards, and campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS tools.
