- Lead the E-Commerce business and drive strong growth and shares by driving the brand presence
- Build, manage and develop long term relationships in with E-com partners and leading the contact matrix
- Develop plan, KPI and goals for each of the e-commerce partner basis their business strategy, strengths and opportunities
- Defining E-Commerce Performance Marketing Budget
- Identify new E-commerce trends, platforms, events and opportunities for business growth
- Develop key strategic partnerships with accounts ensuring Cos share of business in the overall category
- Lead and Negotiate the JBP's and TOT's with E-com Partners
- Performance Marketing & efficiently consume the Performance Marketing Budget to drive secondary offtakes
- Identifying and planning new product launches in sync with the present and upcoming E-Commerce ecosystem
- Closing JBPs with all accounts for Total business, Y-Y Growth, Performance Marketing & Visibility plan etc
Qualification : Full-time MBA pref
Should have the ability to lead a team of Key Account Manager's
