Roles and Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders - Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement across eCommerce platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, designers, and QA to ensure successful project delivery - Prepare detailed functional specifications and workflow diagrams - Conduct competitor analysis and research eCommerce industry trends to inform strategy - Assist in developing and optimizing customer journeys for B2B and B2C online businesses - Analyze user behavior and KPIs to derive actionable insights - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure all business requirements are met - Help shape data-driven decisions around customer acquisition, engagement, and retention - Communicate findings and suggestions clearly through presentations and reports Skills and Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ecommerce Business Analyst - Proven expertise in business analysis and business process modeling - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Demonstrated experience in documenting business and functional requirements - High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Good understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer behavior, and industry best practices - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
