Role Overview:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager - Oracle to join our team in Hyderabad.
In this role, you will serve as an Account Delivery Management professional, offering expert guidance and support.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large, complex Oracle projects and ensuring exceptional service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Your ability to collaborate with multiple teams, influence decisions, and solve cross-functional challenges will be key to driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Management:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of large, complex Oracle ERP & HCM projects using appropriate frameworks.
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, manage risks, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Measure and communicate progress to leadership, maintaining accountability and transparency.
Service Quality & Cost Optimization:
- Drive profitability and continued success by overseeing service quality and cost management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall project outcomes.
Influence & Advisory:
- Engage with multiple teams to make critical decisions and provide advisory expertise.
- Solve problems that apply across different functional areas, delivering business-focused solutions.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Translate customer needs into business solutions and design new processes based on evolving requirements.
Process Design & Implementation:
- Implement new business processes through user sessions and stakeholder management.
- Support process changes through change enablement efforts, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption.
Sales & Innovation Support:
- Proactively support sales efforts by offering innovative solutions and service enhancements.
- Leverage Oracle best practices to continually refine and improve delivery methodologies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience working with Oracle applications both applications and technology areas (both on-premise and Cloud).
- Working on managing large cloud and on premise global projects will be added advantage.
- Certifications: Relevant Oracle certifications (eBS, Fusion, OCI, PaaS) will be a plus.
Technical & Business Acumen:
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle technology and application projects.
- Proficiency in configuring, implementing, and customizing Oracle Financial Applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Management, Estimation & Planning,.
- Account Delivery Management, and Work Management.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional influencing, advisory, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage complex, multi-phase projects.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proven track record of delivering solutions that span multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
