About the Role:
- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in user research, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, improving user experience, and ensuring successful product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product goals with overall business strategy.
Product Development & Execution:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build and launch innovative products.
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with customer needs.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for each initiative.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of product releases using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
User Research & Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Work with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Implement data-driven decision-making through A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and customer teams.
- Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Define clear communication strategies to keep all teams aligned on product initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Define and track key product KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, NPS, etc.).
- Continuously iterate on the product based on data insights and market feedback.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve product efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user experience (UX), and Agile development.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and performance metrics tracking.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq), and Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
