Key Responsibilities

- Site Assessment & Operational Planning: Conduct thorough site visits of existing and newly identified branch/hub facilities to assess their suitability for evolving operational requirements and identify necessary changes in current processes.

- Facility Optimization Design: Prepare precise, detailed layouts and comprehensive landlord scope of work documents for required modifications in shortlisted branch/hub facilities, ensuring optimal design for operational use and workflow efficiency.

- Operational Process Refinement: Develop and continuously refine operational process layouts, working in close coordination with cross-functional teams to gather vital feedback, pinpoint necessary changes, and ensure effective on-ground implementation.

- Automation Project Leadership: Lead and drive the on-ground execution of strategic automation projects, effectively coordinating with external vendors and various cross-functional teams across different locations and hierarchical levels to ensure successful deployment.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster robust collaborative relationships with key internal departments (e.

, Operations, IT, Procurement, Legal) and external partners, ensuring project success and strong alignment with overarching business objectives.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including detailed progress reports, and present insightful findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and senior management.

- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues, bottlenecks, and challenges in project implementation, developing and proposing effective, practical solutions to ensure smooth progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering , or a relevant technical discipline.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in a planning, projects, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or a similar large-scale operational environment.

- Proven experience in designing facility layouts and meticulously preparing scope of work documents.

- Demonstrated experience in driving and owning on-ground project implementation, especially operational improvement and automation initiatives.

- Familiarity with operations research or logistics domain concepts is a plus.

- Analytical Acumen: Exceptional ability to analyze complex operational situations, identify root causes, and develop practical, impactful solutions.

- Planning & Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion, encompassing meticulous planning, efficient execution, and rigorous monitoring.

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong understanding of operational infrastructure principles.

- Communication & Influence: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and present to stakeholders at all levels.

- Collaboration & Vendor Management: Proven ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively with external vendors.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in preparing layouts, comprehensive scopes of work, and all project documentation.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to various branch and hub locations for site inspections and project implementation, primarily across the North Zone
