
- Talent Acquisition (Primary 60%): Managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn; conducting telephonic screenings; scheduling and coordinating interviews; salary negotiations; and ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining talent pools for critical positions, especially for real estate operations, sales, engineering, and construction roles; maintaining recruitment tracker and MIS reports.
- Payroll Administration: Processing monthly payroll, managing attendance records, handling salary disbursements, statutory deductions, and generating payroll reports.
- Employee Engagement: Planning and executing employee engagement activities, conducting team-building initiatives, managing employee recognition programs, and organising company events.
- Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, conducting exit interviews, and maintaining positive employee relations.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Managing day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, employee database maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.), and documentation.
- Vendor Management: Liaising with recruitment consultants, managing job portal subscriptions, and coordinating with third-party vendors for HR services.
Requirements
Must-have Skills:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding).
- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong telephonic screening and candidate sourcing capabilities.
- Experience in payroll management and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR administrative functions.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industry recruitment
(mandatory preference).
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and managing recruitment pipelines.
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
