DS Techworks - Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while coordinating teams, managing risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget.

- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress and performance, managing risks, issues, and changes effectively.

- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.

- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality assurance processes.

- Manage project documentation and reporting for transparency and audit readiness.

- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) managing projects, preferably with a PMP or equivalent

certification.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.

- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
