About the Role:

Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving growth and ensuring financial excellence? We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company. You will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance, and support senior management with insightful financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to achieve departmental goals and foster a high-performance culture.

- Oversee daily financial operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable,

payroll, and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Implement and maintain robust financial systems, processes, and internal controls to

safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Prepare and present timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and

management reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.

- Support senior leadership in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.

- Manage Finance ERP systems, ensuring data integrity, user training, and continuous process

improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

- Coordinate with external auditors and statutory authorities during audits and tax filings.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and cost optimization within the finance function.

What Were Looking For:

- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, CFA, or Masters degree in Commerce/Finance.

- Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with proven team management capabilities.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting principles, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally), and advanced Excel skills.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a finance team in a dynamic environment.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
