JD:
- The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively.
- The CoS is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, driving strategic initiatives, and improving communication and coordination across departments.
- This individual will act as a trusted advisor, thought partner, and lead for the executive leadership team, helping to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Support Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to identify organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Monitor Progress: Track the progress of key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Drive Initiatives: Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution
- Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, facilitate decision-making, and problem-solve to keep the organization on track.
Executive Operations & Administration:
- Optimize Leadership's Time: Manage and prioritize the executive's schedule, focusing on high-impact activities.
- Ensure Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage meeting agendas, prepare reports, and ensure that executive meetings are productive and actionable.
- Arrange Meetup's: Identify the opportunities and arrange Lunch & Learn Meetup's.
Manage Sales Team: MIS/Thought Leadership:
- Sales Team Management: Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales targets. Provide mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction to drive performance and achieve revenue growth.
- Management Information Systems (MIS): Utilize MIS tools to collect, analyze, and report key sales performance data. Implement dashboards and reporting systems to monitor KPIs, sales trends, and team productivity, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Thought Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and industry best practices. Act as a thought leader by identifying emerging market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities. Share insights and expertise to inspire the team and establish the company's reputation as an industry leader.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Internal Communications: Ensure effective communication between the executive team and other departments, fostering collaboration.
- Liaison: Act as a bridge between the CEO and senior leaders, ensuring that information flows smoothly.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership to project teams, helping to drive key outcomes and deliverables.
Organizational & Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Alignment: Ensure departments are aligned with the CEO's strategic vision and priorities.
- Coordination: Manage and coordinate key initiatives across multiple departments to ensure cohesive implementation.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization can pivot as needed.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Champion Change: Lead efforts in driving organizational transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Implement performance tracking systems to measure the success of various initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in organizational processes and collaborate with departments to resolve them.
Financial Oversight & Resource Management:
- Budget Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams to manage the budget for key initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure that resources (human, financial, and technological) are allocated efficiently to support strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MPA) is preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a strategic or operational leadership role, preferably as Chief of Staff or similar senior management position.
- Experience working in fast-paced, complex environments, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Track record of leading successful initiatives, projects, or organizational transformations.

Additional Information:
- This position may require occasional travel to attend meetings and support organizational needs.
