We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Corporate Telecom Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the telecom sector. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in corporate sales, specifically within the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target key corporate clients within the telecom sector.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored telecom solutions.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain Expert knowledge of the companies telecom products and services.
- Be able to explain the technical details of the products in a way that is easily understood by the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in corporate telecom sales.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license is required.
