Responsibilities:

- Keep all written training materials (Knowledge Base, guides, etc.) up to date and accurate

- Partner with Customer Success to maintain and improve resources like the Playbook

- Cover occasional training or client calls for NAMER/EMEA when the Senior Manager is unavailable or double-booked (depending on work hours)

- Act as a go-to resource for internal teams needing quick product knowledge or training refreshers
