Job Objective:
Lead customer delivery for Talent Intelligence projects and drive product and model enhancements with equal focus.
Work closely with cross-functional Talent Intelligence modeling teams, including data science and math teams, to design and refine the model logic used in our platform.
Deliver clear, client-ready outputs and spreadsheet workbooks with Talent Intelligence estimates across job role, job family, job occupation, and skill levels, including Cost Analysis.

Work with cross-functional Talent Intelligence modeling teams, including data science and math teams, to design and implement model logic, review outputs, and improve data quality.
Deliver analysis ready spreadsheets and concise summaries to support decisions on the DRAUP platform.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Intake and scope client requirements, frame the problem, define scope and timelines, and agree on success measures.
- Design and build analysis ready spreadsheets and model extracts. Select data sources and methods.
- Produce Talent Intelligence estimates across job role, job family, job occupation, and skill levels. Include Cost Analysis, supply, demand, availability, growth trends, hiring velocity, location comparisons, skills mapping, and related indicators.
- Run QA checks, review with stakeholders, present the analysis, capture feedback, and finalize deliverables. Package files with methods and assumptions.
- Work with cross-functional Talent Intelligence modeling teams, including data science and math teams, to define and implement model logic such as definitions, rules, taxonomies, formulas, and thresholds.
- Review and validate model outputs, log issues, and close gaps with Engineering and Operations.
- Improve data quality through audits, reconciliations, and metadata hygiene. Feed client learnings back into the platform.
- Lead Analysts and Research Executives. Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Document sources, methods, assumptions, and version history.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Advanced Excel required. PowerPoint preferred, not required. SQL or Python is a plus.
- Market and secondary research basics. Clear written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
