National Sales Head.
Position Summary
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and distribution objectives by implementing a comprehensive route to market program, executing channel and distributor plans, and leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve desired results.
Main Responsibilities
- Route to Market (RTM) oDevelop a pan-India RTM strategy to ensure product visibility and availability.
Sales Operations:
- Lead the Monthly Business Planning (MBR) process, including devising and reviewing the activity calendar.
- Determine the required manpower based on business needs and growth opportunities o Collaborate with key stakeholders during Integrated Commercial Planning o Establish and manage the distributor network and infrastructure.
HCP Coverage
- Drive the strategy for healthcare professional (HCP) coverage, including identifying specialties and determining the frequency of coverage.
- Utilize HCP analytics to strengthen coverage o Develop an automation roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Capability Building
- Collaborate with the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Training teams to devise a training plan that enhances sales productivity.
- Hospital Management: Manage key accounts and engage with hospitals to drive business growth
- Commercials: Oversee hospital engagement activities and ensure effective management of commercial aspects.
