Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives, including identifying ideal customer profiles and their specific needs, and proactively monitoring the competitive landscape.
- Planed and executed all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, and targeted digital advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and managing effective Email Marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Identify critical conversion points and potential drop-off points within the user journey and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance user funnels.
- Collaborate closely with internal design and development teams to create high-converting landing pages and continuously optimize the overall user experience.
- Coordinate effectively with external Advertising and PR agencies, as well as internal Social Media teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
- Develop, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in campaign management, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and various digital marketing campaigns.
- Note: Preferred candidates will have a proven track record of successfully running performance marketing campaigns for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) beauty, healthcare, or skincare brand.
