Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales
and marketing initiatives in the Pharma & Packaging domain. The ideal candidate will have
a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and strategic business development
within the industry.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Identify and penetrate new market segments aligned with organizational growth
objectives
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market
presence
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to drive positioning and pricing
strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Track sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and report to senior
management
- Lead marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeting key pharma clients
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences for brand visibility
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client escalations professionally
