
Content Writer
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit technical blogs, product documentation, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for products/services.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
- Create SEO-optimized technical content for websites and blogs.
- Translate complex technical jargon into engaging, user-friendly content.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all technical communication.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Immediate availability to join.
- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience ( 3+ yrs ) in technical content writing/technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of IT, software development, cloud, or related technologies.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for technical content.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, MS Office, Google Docs, Grammarly, SEMrush, or similar.
