Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and clients to gather and analyze business requirements for new opportunities.

- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and translate client needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Develop clear and compelling business cases, proposals, and solution presentations to support the sales process.

- Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and other presales documentation.

- Work with solution architects and technical leads to design tailored solutions that meet client business objectives.

- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure alignment between client expectations and product/service capabilities.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to help position our offerings effectively.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and demonstrations with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Support contract negotiations by providing clarity on solution scope and deliverables.

- Act as a liaison between sales, delivery, and client teams during the proposal and onboarding phases.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in a presales business analyst role or similar capacity.

- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and documentation.

- Proven experience in presales activities, including proposal development and solution design.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage with clients, understand their pain points, and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and project management methodologies.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

- Domain knowledge relevant to the industry (e.g., IT, software, finance, healthcare) is preferred.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, SaaS).

- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to technical environments or software development life cycle (SDLC).
