- The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of high-value revenue projects by collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- This role ensures timely execution, risk management, compliance, and customer satisfaction while adhering to project management methodologies.
- Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project execution with client expectations.
- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and project success.
- Develop, track, and implement project plans within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained per NI Project Management standards.
- Drive issue-free project deliveries, ensuring high-quality solutions and optimal customer experience.
- Facilitate cost approvals efficiently by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, handling escalations as necessary.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying solutions to their needs.
- Provide project management support for internal business initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to data security and compliance with Visa, MasterCard mandates, and NI policy standards.
- Manage change and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring continuous skill development and performance enhancement.
- Skills & Experience - Required 7-8 years of experience in the Cards & Payments industry.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory).
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project & JIRA.
- Strong risk management and compliance awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
