Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the IT services space.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Understand client business needs and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions.

- Prepare and present persuasive proposals, pitches, and RFP responses.

- Own the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.

- Proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets, especially in Web & Mobile App Development, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Transformation.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting processes.

- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
