About the Role:
CoreTek Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT talent, with a specific emphasis on candidates who meet the stringent hiring standards of Deloitte. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful IT recruitment, particularly within the C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model, and a deep understanding of the IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber IT professionals, with a focus on candidates suitable for Deloitte projects.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidates' suitability for specific IT roles and projects, with a keen understanding of Deloitte's hiring requirements.
- Administer technical assessments and other evaluation tools as needed.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, project requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and market trends.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. -
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and provide timely feedback.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Deloitte's hiring standards and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Master's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Human Resources Management, or a related field, is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of overall experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or IT services company.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically recruiting for Deloitte projects or roles.
- Strong Experience in C2H hiring.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using job boards (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
