Senior Strategy Analyst

Location: Mohali (Work from Office).

Timing: 12 Noon to 9 PM.

About the role:

Strategy Analyst will review and organize organizational/functional business strategies to determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.

He/she will also recommend initiatives from internal and external factors that minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team members to effectively deliver projects within established timelines.

- Proactively identify and manage opportunities within the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and follow-up.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential avenues for sales, while also evaluating customer requirements and preferences.

- Contribute significantly to the development of a comprehensive vision for organizational performance, actively driving its evolution.

- Enhancing the efficiency of KMS, CRM, and SOP development by diligently monitoring progress and proactively identifying and resolving any bottlenecks that arise during the process.

- Compile detailed reports based on research findings, adeptly translating complex data into concise and engaging presentations.

- Maintain regular tracking of pricing dynamics for specific products, conduct comparative analyses, and provide informed recommendations for purchasing decisions.

- Analyse market trends and forecasts to identify patterns and opportunities, offering actionable insights for optimization strategies.

- Embrace experimentation as part of the role, recognizing that some initiatives may not yield desired outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA.

- Strong verbal and written skills.

- Must have knowledge about Canva, LinkedIn, etc.

- Must be a quick learner and also able to learn new things with zeal & enthusiasm.

- Self-starter- & self-initiator- with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).

- Must be creative and innovative with ideas.

- Must be good at making PowerPoint presentations.
