Job Responsibilities:

- Spearhead and lead a large team of 400+ officers and managers to drive a high-performance, safety-first, and growth-oriented culture.

- Lead and manage teams across four critical areas: People, Business, Process, and Compliance.

- Own full P&L accountability, ensuring alignment of store operations with organizational strategic goals.

- Drive improvements in store KPIs across customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

- Lead category management initiatives to strengthen product portfolio, optimize inventory, and maximize category contribution.

- Recruit, train, and retain a high-potential workforce to ensure scalability and talent continuity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments-HR, Accounts, Legal, Civil, Audit, and Maintenance-to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

- Establish collaboration frameworks with regional teams to enable effective synergy and execution.

- Customer-focused initiatives to enhance in-store experience, loyalty, and engagement.

- Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and team productivity.

- Build a strong culture of executional discipline, empowering store teams to deliver consistently high standards.
