Important note: Must have experience in Water Soluble fertilizers or Crop Nutrition. Must have worked in Telangana/MP/Gujarat.
1. Implement product positioning and messaging developed by HO marketing team
2. Implement the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for company's products
3. Communication of value proposition of the products to sales team and develop sales tools that support selling process of company's products
4. Ensure planning of launch of new products & releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
5. Contribute to develop Marketing plans, product wise strategies and achieve targeted market share
6. Define product / portfolio strategy and roadmap (based on product competitiveness analysis)
7. Implement ideas and concepts to increase awareness, usage and product value
8. Implement sales tools and collaterals to communicate core positioning and messaging
9. Set Market programs (Schemes) to meet revenue and profitability objectives
10. Ensure appropriate product training for sales force (with help from Technology Development)
11. Conduct appropriate market research to guide business decisions
12. Implement annual calendar of marketing activities based on crop cycle
13. Implement Annual Budget and Monitoring mechanism to achieve plans in best cost-effective manner
14. Implement annual product / region / season budgets for volume, revenue, expenses based on analysis of last few years' performance and growth plans.
15. Track performance against budgets
16. Conceptualize and implement Customer Loyalty Programs
17. Ensure Sales budget are achieved -% Budget achievement
18. Ensure Success of Market Programs - Timely implementation and% target achievement
19. Efficiency /Delivery time within the agreed timelines -% adherence
20. Ensure successful Product Launch - % achievement
