Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across geographies.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of branch-level targets with the overall business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional/Area Heads, Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and Relationship Officers across Locations.
- Contribute towards expansion of branch footprint and consequent hiring.
- Identify and onboard high-quality customers through focused sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, intermediaries, and key customers.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to disbursal and post-disbursal services.
- Keep the delinquency in check and under prescribed norms
Candidate Details
- CA preferred / MBA Finance / Degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Two years of experience in handling Direct and Indirect tax in NBFC.
- Good understanding of Ind-AS Financials.
