District Manager
- We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations, sales, and customer relationships in the Agriculture & Farming industry across Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh.
- With 3+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing a team within the assigned district. The role involves overseeing the implementation of agricultural products and services while maintaining a strong relationship with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales of agricultural products and services, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to increase market share across the district.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field representatives and sales staff. Set performance targets, conduct training sessions, and provide continuous support to ensure team success.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, product delivery, and ensuring quality standards across the district.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Market Research & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Conduct regular market visits to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, operations management, or a similar role within the agriculture or farming industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with farmers and distributors.
- Knowledge of agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, farm machinery, etc.) and the agriculture supply chain.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
