District Manager - Agricultural Business

Job Description :

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee our agricultural operations and drip irrigation business in the designated district.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, dealer/distributor network expansion, and team leadership in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage district-level operations and ensure business targets are met.

- Expand dealer and distributor network across assigned territory.

- Promote and sell drip irrigation products and agricultural solutions.

- Maintain strong relationships with farmers, channel partners, and vendors.

- Train and guide field staff and sales teams.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Submit regular reports and updates to regional management.

- Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills :

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Good knowledge of agriculture and irrigation practices

- Ability to travel extensively within the district/region

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in local language(s) preferred.
