Role and Responsibilities
As a leader you will be responsible to:
- Take workforce planning to the next level, and drive greater business agility in a fast-moving world
- Solve new problems, create smarter solutions and stretch your capability in an environment that promises non-stop innovation and excellent development opportunities
- Work with your stakeholders to specify their requirements and collate, profile and map the data required for analysis
- Analyse large data sets to identify and develop solutions and determine the most effective course of action
- Implant the resourcing fulfilment tool, Workday Adaptive Planning along with facilitating its adoption by advocating its capability.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the role you will need to have:
- Workforce planning and forecasting experience
- A great understanding of permanent, graduate, contractor and Statement of Work resourcing
- Knowledge of workforce planning tools like Anaplan and Adaptive Planning
