The client is focused on building a top-tier multi-family office wealth management platform, catering to UHNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

Job Title: Director - Multi Family Office and Wealth Solutions

Location: Mumbai (with Travel)

Job Type: Full-time

We seek a senior wealth management professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and 10-25 years of experience managing UHNI and family office investments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AIFs, PMS, REITs, INVITs, unlisted and structured products and a strong network of family offices and institutional investors.

This partner-level role offers significant P&L ownership and a revenue-sharing model, leading the Wealth Management division and scaling it into a premier multi-family office platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with family offices, UHNIs, and institutional investors.

- Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory on MFs, AIFs, PMS, REITs, and INVITs within a - 5 Cr - 50 Cr ticket size range.

- Business Growth & Strategy: Expand the wealth management business with a long-term vision.

- Team Leadership & P&L Ownership: Recruit and manage a 15-member team, driving profitability.

- Market Positioning & Networking: Represent at industry events and strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10 -20 years in wealth management or banking, managing HNIs and family offices.

- Strong relationships with family offices, UHNIs, and institutional investors.

- Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.

- Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.

- Experience in building and leading teams.

- Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
