About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Technology Director to grow and manage team in Mumbai, India.
The Technology Lead will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of IT professionals, as well as working collaboratively with cross-functional teams globally to deliver high-quality products, projects, continuous improvements and maintain existing solutions.
The Technology Lead will be a critical member of the Indian leadership team, work with leaders across various functions to build and execute the capability roadmaps aligned with the business priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute company strategy
- Lead, motivate, and develop high performing teams within a time-sensitive and demanding environment to deliver on meeting the team's KPIs
- Oversee entire India Operations, comprising of multiple verticals
- Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable the Functional Areas to meet and exceed plan
- Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Managers
- Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their teams
- Additional responsibilities include coaching, and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations, and building leadership bench strength
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to convey strategic direction to all levels within the organization and senior leadership
- Work closely with India Service line and operations support leadership to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in his/her area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in management with at least 20+ years of working Experience.
- 10+ years direct management experience, managing teams of 50+ reports including leadership roles
- Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques
