Director - Talent Management & HRBP ( HR) - IT Product Firm
Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Talent Management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing employees.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways.
- Oversee the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms keeping building high performance culture in mind.
- Drive the development and execution of employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Effective manpower planning with stakeholders, including but not limited to- Identifying hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and partnering with recruitment teams to attract and select top talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to accelerate their growth and advance their careers.
- Design and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive culture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for continuous improvement to drive organizational performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent management strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change and transformation.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:
- PG / MBA ( in HR) with Min. of 12+ years of experience in HR with 5+ years of experience in Talent Management or a related field in leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives.
- Previous experience working with senior leaders and executives to drive talent management initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse workforce and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement talent management initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in talent development, and retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR Practices
