Director - Statutory Audit - Big4 - CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Statutory Audit Consultant with a strong background in auditing Indian clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, business development, and P&L management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Statutory Audits for external clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Oversee end-to-end audit delivery, including planning, execution, and reporting.

- Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding client engagements.

- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

- Provide strategic consulting support, advising clients on financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance audit methodologies and service offerings.

Key Requirements:

- Mandatory experience in the Indian market with a deep understanding of statutory audit requirements.

- Proven experience in consulting, with expertise in both delivery and business development.

- Strong track record in P&L management, audit delivery, and client management.

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a Big 4 or leading consulting firm is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Certifications - CISA / DISA / CISSP / CISM
