Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale the local sales team.
- Drive revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with fintech associations, alliances, and regulators in the Philippines.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and long-term retention.
What Were Looking For?
- Experience: 10+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to financial services and prior experience in ASEAN markets is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build high-performing sales teams and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
